Sinemivuyo Mpulu

Sinemivuyo Mpulu is South Africa’s most visible voiceover artist on digital platforms. Hailing from the windy city of Gqeberha, Sine discovered his voice during a volunteering opportunity in 2016. Since then he dedicated the last 10 years to building what you get to experience today.   With an Honours in Linguistics, a strong background in social media, production and strategy, Sine is the ultimate South African voice.  As the founder of The Voiceover Factory he has created more than a platform, but formed an entire community of the country’s top voices. He is the Director of Mivuyo Media ( A media and production house offering The Voiceover Factory, TikTok Billing and Project management services). Through The Voiceover Factory he pioneers Masterclasses, Trainings, and recently launched The first-ever South African Voiceover Awards in 2025. His social media game is so strong, that he was selected as Top 10 creators to lookout for in 2026 by Humanz SA. He has been the voice of the SAMAS, SAFTAS, TSVA, National Geographic promos, SABC1, Brain of Cape Talk & 702 and more. Sine leads with passion, honesty and love and as a result, all he touches turns into golden magic.

Dr. Fiona Ramsay

Dr. Fiona Ramsay is one of the country’s leading actresses, with a highly acclaimed voice over and acting career. As a professional vocal consultant, she heads up an academy known as the ‘SPEAKEASY VOCAL ACADEMY’ whereby some of the world’s top performers and actors receive their training. As a dialogue and dialect coach, motivational speaker on Communication Skills and Development, Dr. Fiona is known for her rich tone, great range, velvety soft sell voice, as well as corporate, business and retail, and accent work. Being an accent coach she has performed in many accents, and is well known for voice over character work. As an actress, Dr. Fiona is a familiar face on stage, screen and television. Dr. Fiona is a knowledgeable and entertaining speaker, and having worked on international films as a dialogue coach, with a gallery of stars including Trevor Noah, Thuso Mbedu, Idris Elba, Jennifer Hudson, Tim Robbins, and more. Dr. Fiona also created and devised a unique technique in the approach to vocal coaching, dialect training and communication empowerment, and embodies the axiom ‘You are what you speak!’ and encourages all that they speak with ease in the business of arts, corporate life and many other environments. She continues to be a brilliant thespian on various local stages and a much appreciated speaker at TVOF and President of The Jury at The South African Voiceover Awards for the past two years.

Luvuyo Nyembezi

Luvuyo Nyembezi is a Multi-Award-Winning Sound Engineer, broadcaster and audio production specialist. He is a celebrated sound engineer and broadcaster whose career spans over 15 years at the forefront of South Africa’s radio, technical, and audio production landscape. In 2024, Luvuyo made history as the sole South African nominee, and winner in the prestigious Best Imaging category, a recognition of his innovation in audio branding and production. As a respected voice in the industry, Luvuyo has served as an adjudicator for the SA Radio Awards since 2017, and recently a TSVA Board Advisor helping shape the future of broadcasting & voiceover by upholding and promoting excellence. His leadership roles include driving & building flagship campaigns at PRIMEDIA Broadcasting and expanding production capacity at Algoa FM and Bay FM, where he has mentored emerging talent and elevated broadcast standards. Currently, he continues to contribute as a speaker at TVOF and offers voiceover coaching and training through his company Makwande Media.

Andrew Sutherland

Andrew Sutherland is the Managing Director of Bigmouth Studios and founder of Voice Me South Africa. His two decades of experience have been shaped by his combination of technical & creative expertise in voiceover and audio post-production. He has collaborated with Mzansi’s top-tier talent on hundreds of commercials, corporate videos, and media projects, specialising in warm, deep, and neutral voiceovers that create clear and engaging messaging. His background enables him to provide valuable insights that help brands connect and communicate with impact. He also hosts The VoiceMe Podcast, where he shares industry insights and supports aspiring voice artists. Andrew works with businesses, production companies, and creative professionals seeking high-quality audio solutions, delivering results that enhance brand presence and audience engagement. He spends much of his time assisting aspiring students, contributing as a speaker to TVOF and TSVA as a juror for the past two years.

Vhulenda Mundalamo

Vhulenda Mundalamo is our Head of Operations at TVOF and she brings a unique blend of Human Resources Management, Operations, and creative expertise. She holds a BCom Law degree and she is a certified digital copy and content specialist. She helps brands, businesses and individuals create strategies, systems, and workflows for multiple projects. Her work includes Mivuyo Media brands, such as The Voiceover Factory, TikTok Billing, and Mivuyo Media Creative Agency. She also leads a successful team behind The South African Voiceover Awards launched in 2025. Vhulenda is also a former TVOF student with a background in corporate voiceovers and indigenous storytelling. She takes pride in her culture, language and practices and as a result she has founded Savant Library, an institution training professionals in Administration, Operations, Writing, Languages, and essential leadership skills. Her approach emphasizes practical, real-world learning and she leads with kindness and warmth.
